Fitraat Focus - Deep Work System

Challenge

Deep work usually breaks before work starts: no preparation ritual, fragmented todos, and no session close to keep cognitive load contained.

Solution

Designed a 5-step loop (Prepare -> Activate -> Focus -> Close -> Reflect) with mandatory readiness pillars and session continuity so unfinished todos stay context-aware inside the current work block.

Challenge

Most todo lists are isolated and unstructured, so users keep rebuilding work plans from scratch instead of following tested paths.

Solution

Built a companion Purpose System Studio where creators publish outcome-driven work as ordered sections and tasks. In the app, users take a copy and execute that system step by step.

Challenge

Need to deliver identical product behavior on mobile and web while preserving security, observability, localization, and release reliability.

Solution

Owned product, design, and engineering end-to-end. Used one Expo tree for iOS, Android, and web; enforced server-side protection with Firebase + Cloud Functions; added Sentry/Crashlytics; and shipped through web + Play distribution.
